Our toys are made by Hand always, If for some reason your toy comes damaged or your concerned for any reason please send us an email or make a ticket in the discord. We will do our best to correct it and if needed we will send a new one. We back all of our toys for physical damage due to product defect for Lifetime.

Due to Covid, The current Economy, and other shipping reasons all toys will be up for order once supplies have arrived but we are humans. We make mistakes. If for some reason we are late to shipping a toy. You will always be notified and kept in the loop. Your always welcome a refund if you see fit if the toy has yet to be made. 

 

We reserve the right to remove/refuse service to anyone from our platform whom staff believe is causing issues/trouble to keep others safe.
